Timor Tours & Travel is one of the companies offering tickets between Dili and Kupang. For 25$US (as of Sept. 2022) this includes transport the whole way. The ticket office is here, and you should book your ticket as soon as you arrive in Dili, as there are only limited available. I suggest booking minimum 2 days in advance. There is a phone number however this is not connected to WhatsApp so the best option is to simply visit the office in person. The staff speak nice English and are very friendly and helpful. I even changed my ticket free of charge when I had a sudden change in plans. The journey itself takes in the region of 12-14 hours depending on traffic and the border crossing. Departs at 08:00 from Dili

Usd 25 for dili-kupang bus (January 2023) Buy it in advance (learn some Indonesian language) if you arrived from Kupang,ask your timor leste side driver to help you book youre ticket or come directly to their office.

so far is good and ontime departure. but unfortunately you cant buy ticket online and you cant pickup in ur home.

I had an unpleasant experience when booking travel tickets in Dili. At that time my sister and I went to confirm the change of destination from Kupang to Kefa. We were yelled at and abused by one of the employees. There is no courtesy and is not polite.

They never pick up the phone nor reply to WhatsApp messages. Rude drivers smoke right in front of the sign “no smoking”. Horrible company.
