An awesome bike shop! I brought in a bike for repair last year and the staff was professional and the repair was done quickly and correctly. I also ordered a new Polygon Xtrada 5 frame size L from them a few weeks ago. The communication was great and I am loving the new bike! Keep up the great work!

About a year ago, I purchased a Polygon Cascade 4 for $350. I also purchased a helmet and other accessories at the same time, and they gave me a $15 discount. During my first ride shortly after purchase, I discovered that the rear wheel was warped. I took it to the shop and explained the situation. At first, they refused to repair or replace it, but after I explained it several times, they finally understood (I think there were language and cultural differences, but they finally understood). The other day, my tire went flat, so I went to get it repaired and found that the base of the tube valve was damaged. I tried to replace it with a tube I had previously purchased here (for $10), but it turned out that the tube's valve numbers were different. I took the tube to them and explained the situation, and they explained that the different numbers were not a problem. They replaced it in about 30 minutes and also checked the brakes for looseness, which was very helpful. I asked about the cost, but they said it was waived. This shop also provides excellent after-sales service.
